These Terms govern your use of the Brige Ship website and platform. Brige Ship is operated by Nidhi Retail Solutions. If you ship parcels with us, the Brige Ship Merchant Agreement inside your account governs that relationship in detail; these Terms cover the website and sit alongside it.

01Who we are

Brige Ship is operated by Nidhi Retail Solutions, a sole proprietorship registered in India, at U280, Ganga Nagar, Meerut 250001, Uttar Pradesh.

02What Brige Ship is

Brige Ship is software for shipping. It prices, books, labels, tracks and reconciles parcels across courier companies and courier aggregators, and it brings orders in from the shops you sell on.

We are not a courier. We do not operate vehicles or hubs, and we never take custody of your goods. Every parcel is carried by a courier company under that courier’s own conditions of carriage; where we buy that carriage for you, we do so as your agent.

03The Merchant Agreement

Shipping on Brige Ship is governed by the Brige Ship Merchant Agreement, which you read and accept inside your account under Profile → Agreement. It sets out the wallet, pricing, weight reconciliation, cash on delivery, claims, prohibited goods, liability and data terms in full. No parcel can be booked until an owner of the account has accepted the version then in force.

Where these Terms and the Merchant Agreement differ on the shipping service, the Merchant Agreement governs.

04Your account

You must be at least 18 and running a lawful business in India. The details you give us — business name, address, GSTIN, PAN and bank account — must be true and kept current. Shipping is enabled once we have verified your KYC documents.

Anything done by a user signed in to your account, or by an API key issued on it, is treated as done by you. An API key can book parcels and spend your balance, so keep it to yourself.

05What we charge for

We charge for two things only: freight on parcels you book through the Brige Ship Network, and any paid add-on you switch on. Both are taken from your prepaid Brige Ship wallet, in Indian rupees, with GST shown separately where it applies.

Prices are shown before you book, and the price you are shown is the price you are charged. Where a courier later re-weighs a parcel and bills more, that difference is passed on at cost and can be disputed from your account.

06Courier accounts you connect yourself

A paid add-on lets you connect courier or aggregator accounts you hold in your own name and ship on them from inside Brige Ship. Those accounts are yours, the agreement governing them is between you and that provider, and that provider bills you directly — we add nothing to that freight and no money for it passes through us.

We accept no liability for anything that happens on an account you connect yourself: rates, parcels lost, delayed or damaged, cash on delivery collected and not remitted, claims the provider rejects, weight disputes, invoices you disagree with, or that account being suspended or closed. Those are matters between you and that provider. The add-on fee buys software, not carriage. Clause 5 of the Merchant Agreement sets this out in full.

07Information we fetch from providers

Everything we show you about a parcel on a connected account — rates, serviceability, tracking, status, weight revisions, remittance figures, labels — is fetched through the API that provider publishes, using the credentials you gave us.

We can only read what that provider chooses to expose through that API, and nothing beyond it. If a provider does not return a field, returns it late or returns it wrong, we cannot show it to you and are not responsible for its absence or its accuracy. Where a provider offers no interface for something, it cannot be done from Brige Ship, and we will say so rather than pretend otherwise.

08Using this website

You may not attempt to break into the platform, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it, overload it, or use it to send unlawful or infringing material. Public tracking pages are provided for buyers to follow their own parcels and must not be harvested in bulk.

09Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design, documentation and brand are ours. Using Brige Ship gives you a licence to use it while your account is open, and nothing more. Your data, your brands and your product content remain yours.

10Warranties and disclaimer

We work to keep Brige Ship available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Carrier rates, serviceability and tracking come from third parties and are provided as they reach us. Nothing on this website is a quotation that binds a courier.

11Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits anything that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the service fees you actually paid us in the three months before the claim arose — our margin on Brige Ship Network freight and your add-on fees. Freight we collected and passed to a carrier is not a service fee.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss: lost profit, lost sales, lost goodwill, wasted stock, or a claim your own buyer makes against you.

12Suspension and termination

You may stop using Brige Ship and ask us to close your account at any time; charges already incurred remain payable and we will return any unused wallet balance under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the Merchant Agreement, ships prohibited goods, fails KYC, or that we reasonably suspect of fraud.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. It is your responsibility to keep up with it — please read it again from time to time. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will also tell you inside your account or by email before it takes effect.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
